Cell Meter Annexin V凋亡检测试剂盒 *红色荧光 适合流式细胞检测*通过对磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)进行检测，而实现细胞凋亡的检测。在凋亡细胞中，磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）从胞内移位到胞外表面，因此PS出现在细胞的外表面可以作为细胞凋亡的起始或者中间阶段的通用指示器，也可以通过其形态学改变来测定。该试剂盒采用*的红色荧光染料（Texas Red的优越替代物，使用Texas Red通道检测）标记的Annexin V检测凋亡细胞。试剂盒内组分经过特别优化，尤其适合于流式细胞分析。
