Cell Meter Annexin V凋亡检测试剂盒 *蓝色荧光 405nm处激发* 通过对磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)进行检测，而实现细胞凋亡的检测。在凋亡细胞中，磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）从胞内移位到胞外表面，因此PS出现在细胞的外表面可以作为细胞凋亡的起始或者中间阶段的通用指示器，也可以通过其形态学改变来测定。该试剂盒采用*的蓝色荧光染料（Pacific Blue的优越替代物，使用Pacific Blue通道检测）标记的Annexin V检测凋亡细胞，同时包含PI红色荧光染料用于对坏死细胞进行染色。目前商业化各种Annexin V凋亡检测试剂盒一般是将Annexin V进行传统的荧光团（FITC、Cy3）标记后作为荧光探针，通过检测细胞凋亡早期细胞膜外翻的磷脂酰丝氨酸（Phosphatidylserine, PS），从而实现对细胞凋亡的检测。
