产品概述
D-荧光素是流行的多功能生物发光底物。萤火虫荧光素酶/荧光素生物发光系统存在于萤火虫（Photinus pyralis）和其他几种甲虫中。荧光素酶通过二氧杂环丁酮中间体氧化ATP进行活化荧光素。
荧光素酶的另一个重要用途是卫生监测领域，荧光素酶/荧光素系统可用于检测污染，因为存在于所有生物体中的ATP需要发光，这种ATP生物发光的主要应用是通过测试食品加工厂中的表面来确定质量，以确定是否存在设备或产品的污染。D-荧光素 钾盐 D-Luciferin 是美国AAT Bioquest 的产品。
注：一般活体用DPBS，避免渗透压影响。体外细胞一般用无菌水，避免盐粒子影响信号通路级联反应，尤其是钙信号。
注：该产品用DPBS溶解后，如果需要保存，请调整如下浓度及pH保存：100 mM, pH ~6.5, -20℃避光。pH过高，可能会导致染料失效。当溶液的pH<6.5（发生水解作用）或>7.5（发生消旋化作用，D型转化为L型）的情况下，D-荧光素钾盐相对不稳定。 如果溶液中存在少量的氧气，将加速D-荧光素钾的降解速度。
